We will be with you the date we agreed to start the prep. We will arrive at your home and will remove all drawer fronts, cabinet doors and plinths.
We will the take these to our spray shop, where we will spray them, this process takes around 1 week (This does vary as depends on the size of the kitchen).
Once we have all the removable parts of the kitchen we begin the prep:
•Sand down all areas
•Fill any areas needed (any wear and tear, or if handles are being changed)
•Apply 1-2 coats of primer (this depends on what the material currently is and what is on there).
•Sand down all areas
•Apply 2 topcoats in chosen colour.
Between every layer we lightly sand down the individual doors/plinths to ensure we get that flawless finish.
Now we have completed all the doors, drawers and plinths we need to paint the carcasses and end panels.
When will then return to your home to prepare the carcasses and end panels exactly the same way we did the doors. This process is all about the prep, if we have the preparation all completed the paint will give you that flawless finish. We the apply the primer, then the fI am topcoats.
This process takes around 2-3 days as we have to make sure the primers and top coats are completely dry before we can apply the next coat.
Once we have finished the painting we now start to attached the doors, drawer fronts and plinths.
Where you can now enjoy your new kitchen and enjoy the wonderful new space.
